HOCKEY

Sale Hockey Club is part of Sale Sports Club. We are one of the most established sporting and sociable clubs in the North West. Sale Hockey Club was founded in 1888, and to this day has a growing and thriving hockey section encompassing both Juniors, Men’s and Ladies teams. We also have a great social ethos and enjoy welcoming new members to our sections with many different social activities at our new clubhouse.

This is such an exciting time to join our hockey section as well as our great Sports Club which offers so many great opportunities for your physical and mental health in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We have three men's and three ladies' teams that compete in the leagues below.

Men's 3 - North West Men's 7 East

 

Ladies' 1 - North West Women's 2 South

Ladies' 2 - North West Women's 3 East

Ladies' 3 - North West Women's 6 East

 

We also have:
Ladies' Baby Veterans team (Over 35’s)
Ladies' Vintage Veterans team (Over 45’s).

 

Sale Hockey Club welcomes all players, whether new to hockey or returning after a break. So feel free to come to our club and try it out; you don’t even need to have your own stick!
