Sale Named Most Improved Cricket Club

Sale Cricket Club collected several awards at the Annual Cheshire County  Cricket League Dinner at Mere Golf & Country Club on 30th September 2011 where the guest speaker was former Test Player Graham Thorpe. Rick Halkon is Trafford Coach of the Year

Rick Halkon, our Coaching and Development Officer, was last night named Trafford Coach of the Year.  The annual awards ceremony took place at 'The Point' at Lancashire County Cricket Club. Rick will now go forward to the Greater Manchester awards in November.

Keith Peet (1939-2010)

Former Sale and Cheshire bowler / all-rounder K L Peet died following a long illness on Wednesday July 14th, aged 71.  His funeral was held at St Ffriadd’s church in Trearddur Bay on Friday July 23rd 2010.
