15:15-16:15 Seniors Gentle Yoga for the beginner - suitable for the over 60's
All classes £60 for 10 weeks
I specialise in gentle Yoga & wellbeing for the over 50s/60s. These days people are burnt out, overwhelmed and anxious and they want a nourishing soothing practice. Yoga is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself.
It helps you to keep feeling young, flexible and relaxed. Its certainly not all about getting your foot behind your head or doing head stands.
It teaches you to know and understand and become aware of your body. With careful postures it unlocks and releases deep-rooted patterns of holding stress in the body.
The classes include Breathing Exercises, Postures, Relaxation and short Meditations to keep the mind focused. Do give it a try. You will never look back.
Want to get active then give it a try. “Yoga Taster Lesson” £7.00
